Project Overview
In this three-week mini project conducted over distance learning, students learned about the history and variety of tattoos, while also exploring our own identities through class discussions and temporary tattoo art. Elements of personal safety and hygiene associated with real tattoos were also explored.
Tattoo History
The history and variety of tattoos was explored in student-led lessons regarding a specific tattoo culture, as well as through a teacher-led lesson on the history of tattoos, in which each student created a timeline of the history of tattoos.
